A Certificated Course in Life Coaching

What is the aim of the course?

This certificated course to become a Life Coach, is a very useful adjunct for any qualified therapist or can simply be used to enhance and vitalise your own life style. You will learn how to eradicate unwanted patterns and traits that can affect your wellbeing through techniques which include Neuro-linguistic Programming (NLP), Emotional Intelligence, visualisation, natural nutrition and yoga. This is a liberating and practical course which can help change your life. In addition the Life Coach training can also be taken in conjunction with our Integrated Health Management programme and together they provide a truly integrated approach to health.
If you want to extend your skills to include Life Coaching or you wish to get the most from life then this is the course for you.

What does the course cover?

The course comprises 6 modules and covers:-

* Changes to be made in your life and the steps needed to bring these about.

* How to devise life coaching sessions

* Understand the goal of good nutrition and the role of exercise in staying healthy

* Apply techniques to help develop personal power and charisma

* How to take case histories and identify your clients’ needs

* Set realistic goals using visualisation and affirmations

* Gestalt Dream-Work to understand motivation and obstacles

* How to apply NLP techniques for increasing personal attractiveness

* How to use self-healing techniques

* You will need to complete some case studies.

Having passed the final examination the student will receive a Certificate in Life Coaching.

What support is available?

Full tutor support is available from your own personal tutor. In addition there are regular practical tutorials available at the Centre. This Course also includes 2 Relaxation CD’s designed to complement this Programme.
