It is almost one year since I passed my reflexology exam with Kevala and I am thrilled by how my new career as a reflexologist has taken off. Over the year I have built up a small regular clientele with hours to suit my family life. I felt incredibly nervous working with my first real clients (as I was only used to practising on friends and family) but, I surprised myself how quickly I adopted a professional attitude and how knowledgeable I suddenly felt when working with them. Since, I feel that I have grown so much in confidence and knowledge and have experienced working with many people with different ailments and it seems that with each new client I have, I learn something new. I have helped clients with migraines, kidney stones and back problems etc and feel that it is amazing how reflexology really helps them. I look forward to attending the advanced workshop in November with Kevala so I can learn more skills and gain greater knowledge.

A Diploma Course in Reflexology
Course Tutor: Avril Nova
What is the aim of the Reflexology course?
Reflexology has increased in popularity over the past few years and has gained respect as an important, safe and natural healing art. Based on the theory that the human body has its own internal energy lines and that ill health can arise from an imbalance of energy, this course shows you how to find and use reflexology points on the foot relating to different parts of the body. A treatment restores balance, helps to prevent ill health and assist relaxation. It treats mind, body and spirit and is a wonderful therapy. This course is structured in easy-to follow-steps with illustrations and covers meridians, consultations and business acumen.
