Continual Professional Development (CPD)

CPD obviously goes hand-in-hand with your own Professional Practice and our diploma courses at Kevala have a section on what this entails and how to plan and organise these.  Self-auditing and refining your own consultation process is important.  (The Centre has a short course which focuses on the consultation process and the use of other techniques to plot your client’s well-being).  Reviewing your case studies and using them as possible research areas is another important area.
