Organic Tomato and Lentil Soup

2 Tins of organic Tomatoes
8oz. Red Lentils
1 Large Onion
1 Kallo Stock Cube (Tomatoes & Herbs)
1 ½ litres Hot Water/Stock
Olive Oil
Method
Peel and chop the onion and soften with olive oil and then add the tomatoes and the lentils. Next add the stock and bring to the boil, then simmer for 15 minutes. You can serve this hearty soup with garlic croutons. You can blend this soup to a smoothie for children. Mmmm – yummy.
